Default Fuel Delivery Issue

Hey Guys and Gals
I have a 98 Ram Sport with the 5.9 360. I just finnished replacing the tranny after 1.5 years and went to fire it up, but fuel pump did not come on. Checked fuses, fine - relay, fine, fuel pump - seized. But also found out that I was not getting any voltage to the pump. I read somewhere that someone changed the cam and crank positioning sensor and that fixed the issue. Is there anything else(other than bad wires) that may be holding it off.
