Stripped Headlight Adjustment Screws

On my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, I went to adjust the up/down torx headlight screws, but they are stripped bare. Any ideas how to remove them from here? I'm trying to avoid pulling apart the whole headlight assembly.... but I will if necessary.
