I'm swapping out the rear axle on my 2001 1500, and everything has gone relatively well so far. But I don't know how to disconnect the brake hose (pictured below) from the axle. Can anyone provide any suggestions?

the part thats circled doesnt disconnect from the square, the two lines on each side can come off and the entire block comes off the axle by removing the vent/bolt that comes from the top of the block 9/16 i think.
