I don't see what's funny about it. It's long term gas mileage data in graph format.

Ok, so I did some impromptu figuring here, anyone wanna check my Canadian math? I haven't actually checked my mpg accurately by filling it up etc yet...

IT costs me almost exactly 30 bucks a day to go to work and back, 70kms round trip.
Got $60 worth yesterday morning, which was 50 L.

SO, 25L per 70KMs= 35.7L/100KM (our version of MPG, which I do not like)

And according to Google, 35.7 l/100km = 6.58864379 miles per gallon

Does this add up half-assedly? If so, holy crap! I think Cup cars are getting better mileage than me!

Oh, and better double the cost because my wife is running my dad's Ram atm, which costs at least as much as mine to drive, approx the same distance for her too... 30 bucks a day X 5 days X 2 trucks = getting old quick!

There's nothing wrong with your graph, I think it is awesome. My joke was bout how poor of gas my truck gets, I just used your graph to make the joke. Sorry.

It's been pretty steady around 14mpg, mostly light city driving. Which, amazingly, isn't much worse than the new rams

Well, (70km/25L)(3.79L/gal)(0.621miles/km) = 6.59mpg. Yup, something must be terribly wrong.

I was afraid it was correct..... Makes me sick lol. Definitely getting the wife a nice reliable car then buying myself a cheap 4 banger for work, the fuel savings alone would pay for both of them! Hell, at roughly 1200 bucks/month We're spending on fuel now(not counting OIL, y'all must know how much of that I'm goin through with 2 leaking plenums!) I could feasibly afford a BMW or Mercedes!

Or maybe a nice late 00's 3rd gen

Anyone who uses a pickup as a daily driver (essentially an air hauler) is nuts for being concerned about fuel economy. If you want fuel economy in a daily driver, get someone with 4-cylinders. A truck is for hauling cargo and is damned good at it.

Ha I think I'm gonna have to clamp a pair of vicegrips on the fuel line lol

Or jack up 1 tire, place keys under tire, and remove jack
