Default Energy Suspension CAB Install Advice

I bought the Energy Suspension control arm bushing kit to do on my truck. Can anybody tell me what sort of issues I might run into? Does anybody have any tips or tricks I might use?
I haven't read the kit directions yet but I am wondering if I need to lift the truck and let teh suspension sag or can i do all of this with the tires on and the truck sitting on the ground?

As long as you do one arm at a time you can leave it on the ground.

Plan on breaking the cam bolts on the axle side. They seam to always seize themselves in there. I believe the dealer is about the only place to get them.

Take a few pics and do a small write-up for everyone... we all love pics.
