Default Clock Spring question

Can the clock spring be broken and the horn still work? I have an airbag light and I'm 99% sure I broke the spring when I had the column out but the horn still works. Thanks.

I have a broken CS in my durango and I have no Horn, Cruise, or Airbag. The radio controls on the wheel still work though.
