What year Dodge alternators will fit on a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 318 engine?

1999-2000.

A 117 amp alternator from NAPA is around $140. I know, I just replaced mine last July.

 

i think they made different amp output alternators throughout the 2nd generation rams..you might want to check and see what yours is if you can still read the tag on the alternator ...if your going to a junkyard to pull one
