Not sure what radio you have, but on our 1999 2500 with radio/CD/tape there were two small indented buttons labeled "H" and "M". I used a golf tee to push the buttons, each push incremented the clock by either an hour or minute, respectively.

On some you have to have the radio off.
and sometimes you have to hold the indented button in for several seconds before they start to change.

Thanks very much. I have the cd/radio. No tape. I will try both options and hopefully I get it!

If its aftermarket, then you could try holding down the dial and a menu might appear to set it. Thats what i just did on mine earlier if that helps?
