been think about replacing my radio for a while know. but we all know it's a 1.5 din slot. so here is my Idea. One block the stock radio slot and add custom switches for lights. Second My cup holder is broken/ missing, was thinking custom set up, were I could use din to 2 din, Make a custom enclosure. How that sound.Has it been done?

 

Yea, do a search, I've seen a few custom jobs done here.

 

Uhm you know that they do sell dash kits made for your vehicle at meijer for around $15..
For the lights id go junk yard cup holder and throw toggle switches in it and never open it.. or get fancy and make your own panel to cover where cup holder used to exist
