i have a 1997 ram 2500 4x4, with the 5.9 v-8. It has a dana 60 front and rear axle. i want to get rid of my open diff in the rear and do a spartan locker. I need to know what spline count i have to order the locker. the numbers on the tag are 52069456, 3:55, 605899-1, and the number on the diff cover are 46292 2, 024 6, REV 0,06 02 94. I am between a 30 or a 32 spline axle in the rear. but for all i know it could also be a 35 spline. any input is appreciated! thanks

 

Unless your the original owner, you don't really know what has happened in the axles. Your best bet is to pull the shafts and count them.
