1994 dodge ram 1500 v6 3.9L fuel pump 4 and 5 pin connectors
Well where do I start. I have a 1994 dodge ram 1500 v6 3.9L
My fuel pump went out. So my dad and I jacked up the bed and replaced the pump. It took us a while but we did it. However the pump my dad bought has 4 pins on it and my truck has a 5 pin connector. So what do I do? Did they sell him the wrong pump or am i missing an adapter or what?
Any suggestions would really help me out.
Thanks in advance

Check the old/bad pump. If it has 5 pins like the connector, you were sold the wrong pump. Where'd you buy the new one from?
I will move this to the 2nd Generation Ram section, get you some additional help.
