Is the sct tuner available for my 95 3500 truck with the 360?

95 is OBD I. Programmers will only work on OBD II (1996+) trucks, and most will only work on 1998 or 1999+ trucks.

you can however prob. get a chip.... but most people say they dont like them for some reason, research it up.

The earlier computers from Mopar are to smart for the interference chips. I had the jet chip in 93 grand cherokee 5.2 computer learns the change and adapts to change back to almost stock except, for the WOT into OD(very nice top speed runs). MOPAR performance ECU is what I replaced it with, did the trick and only gets better. you should be able to search for the thing but they got scarce and high priced. dealer might be able to locate one otherwise ebay it.

was the icu orange in color?

Mopar PCM or a flash from B&G are your best bets, they cost a little bit more but have heard great about both of them
