Default Clicking only when turning left

I have a clicking noise coming from the front suspension area only while turning left. Any idea where it could be coming from?

Shocks? Track bar? Ball joints? Wheel joints?

U-joints or wheel bearings.

Agreed, U-Joints or wheel bearings. The wheel bearings on my truck are shot and they click a little going around corners. (I've got a 4x2, so I know it's not U-Joints)

It's either your wheel bearing or u joint.

I would look at the left side front axle joint if its 4wd , on front wheel drives usually when you hear a noise on turns ,the one side it was usually a cv joint causing it. This should be similar in theory.

Thanks for the advice guys. I have a brand new track bar and all the other steering components so I figured it wasn't those.

I already planned to replace the U-Joints but was debating on whether to do the manual hub conversion so I was hesitant to change any of it before that. I have the U-joints already but just have them sitting in my garage.
