Default sway bar help

Im trying to replace my sway bar end links and the bolts that hold them in wont budge. ive used pb blaster and deep creep on them. the top nut when i add a little pressure to it, it just turns the whole link and the bottom nut wont even come off. is there a trick to getting them off or can i just take my grinder to em and cut them off. and is there a trick to getting the new ones on..

If the new end links are complete, just cut them off.

Just cut the nut off.
You might have to break out a punch after cutting the bottom nut off because it's a tapered hole and the end link might be rust-welded to it.
When you install the new one you will want to put a wrench on the flats that are right below the bottom washer so the ball/socket don't get messed up from tightening the new nut.

if you have new links, go at it with a grinder, if not there is a square part just below the washer where you can put an adjustable wrench to hold the link while you loosen nuts

The weight of the truck should be on the axle so sitting on its tires is fine.

Put Anti-Seize on the stud that goes into the axle so this doesnt happen again.
