Picked the truck up and all seems fine now

The O2 sensor never got out of line enough to throw a code, but reported a constant rich condition, while it actually ended up running lean.

Even though I rarely turn a wrench, it is time to buy a cable and software to use my laptop. I think I could have found this myself if I had the tools to look. Even if it was a neighbor to swap the part

 

when my ram starts up.. runs fine.. when its warmed up.. and i come to a stop.. it tends to lag a bit.. and ive recently noticed my oil pressure light.. turns on... but only when i come to a stop and the engine has warmed up
