I like how you covered the box.....I got some extra camo laying around from when I did my headliner and I might just use that on the box I build once I get a sub

The tire shine may be the reason why the floor mats aren't staying in place. I ride an ambulance for a living and we once had a rookie use tire shine and Armour-all on the vinyl floors in the front and back of the ambulance as well as the vinyl seats in the rear to make it "spiffy" and it was a f'ing nightmare. The back was like an ice skating rink and if you were sitting, when ever the driver hit the brakes, you'd slide all over the seat lol. When I was driving, I couldn't even keep my feet in one place on the floor cause it was slick. You can imagine that this made for some pretty interesting rides to the hospital hahaha.
