Default yes another plenum thread

I know there are 100's of plenum threads on here. And before someone says just search the site, I did. I have the gist of how to check if the plenum has to be changed, but I don't have much mechanical knowledge. Just wondering is there anywhere there is a step by step on how to check. I know the dental mirror and a flashlight, or the magnet, but I'm looking for a step by step...thanks

I got an exact link for you in mind, but that would just defeat the purpose of that thread.

The procedure is detailed in the first post. It's really very easy... basically, all that's needed is to get the air cleaner assembly off, and then look down the throttle body into the intake for signs of oil pooling. You'll need a good flashlight, and for best results, a small telescopic mirror (aka dentist mirror).

If you were looking for a step-by-step guide with pics... I can't really help ya... maybe I'll take pics the next time I have to take my air intake off, but that could be a while.
