Default No brake or turn signal lights

I have a Dodge Ram 1500 lost brake lights and all turn signal lights also flashers don't work. Brake light on back of cab does work. I do have lights when head lighs are on. Was towing a trailer whhen I lost every thing check all fuses. Any Ideas I can trouble shoot pretty good but this has me lost.
Help!

Smash that 4way hazard light a good few times. If that is sticking... nothing will work .. happens to me all the time

Also if your trailer light hook up wasn't done the proper way then it can cause those symptoms. I have a 97 ram 1500 5.2 and the PO didn't have it done right, they just jimmy rigged it and never put a fuse-able link. Had it done by a garage and problem solved.

like ^he said^^^ check the wires that run down ur drivers side frame rail, take them out of the loom and inspect them, my previous owner did alot of funny things that i didnt get to find until it was too late and this was one of them! i had to re-run 2 wires all the way down the frame, to the drivers side taillight, then over to the passenger side because the wires were fried!

Multifunction switch. If playing with the hazard switch doesn't fix it (It has worked for me also) Then you will need to replace it.
