Bad cam
I have absolutely no history on the motor guy told me it ran great and he pulled it outta the van because the steering box ripped off the frame and he didn't want to repair it. He said it had 89,000 miles on it. I'm also pretty sure they are literal pits on the cam but I posted a pic to photobucket here is the link.

Yeah I wouldn't reuse that cam. Hughes engines will sell you a reground cam for 200 with a usable core. If you can't find a decent core I've probably got one laying in the garage you could have for whatever it cost to ship it to them.
Will this cam work with stock tc? And general all around truckness?

That cam will work with a stock TC but if you're wanting trucknesd I'd say

My idea of truckness is just plain ole stump pulling torque not upper rpm power.
