I could use some new carpet myself. A good month or so worth of a leaky heater core has left some fugly stains.

I decided to put in an aftermarket stereo system. I went with a pioneer 50 watt system with 4 new kicker speakers..it really sounds good

This truck came factory with no audio system at all but luckily all the wiring was installed from the factory.

Wish my trucks interior looked half as good as yours. ripped carpet out because the jute under lining didn't dry after some questionable offroad adventures... god did that smell good in florida heat after work

Did it come from the factory that way or did the previous owner remove the head unit and speakers?

Not for certain one way or the other. I do know there was no wiring running to the rear speaker holes. This truck was a cab and chassis truck and a bare bones one at that. No ac, tilt wheel, cruise control... But it sure does have 'em now....
