abs and brake...

Default abs and brake...

well.... i replaced the rear wheel sensor... lest the battery unplugged for an hour.... and the lights are still coming on.... anyone with any other ideas????

out of the manual for a 2001...

"the CAB (controller for ABS) moitors the following inputs to determin when a wheel lock tendency may exhist:

Rear Wheel speed sensor
brake lamp switch
brake warning lamp switch
reset switch
4wd switch (if equipped)."

the outputs are to the ABS valve, and the 2 lights that you have on. the manual doesnt say how to test each part in the section I found this in. Check your codes stored in the computer. there may be a new code in there which might point you in the right direction.
