Default underdrive pulley squeaking

Hey all , I'm new to the forum and got a problem. I installed an underdrive pulley set from March Performance , crank and alternator. The instructions said use a belt 1 inch shorter than stock , 97.3 inches to 96.3 inches, but all I could find was 96.7 inches. Then it started squeeking so I replaced the tensioner and the idler . But its still squeaking and now I'm stumped. Any advice welcome. Oh forgot 1999 ram 1500 w/5.2l 2wd. Thanks ,Greg

Its probrably squeeking because the belt is to long I have a set of underdrives(not March, but C.A.T), crank and alt like you and I'm runnin a 95.5 long belt and it just fits on.
