Default 98 Ram Bumper Question

Smacked a deer with my '98 1500. Trying to fix it on the cheap. Question, I will not be replacing fog lights so can I just leave the opening blank or do I need to get an insert that will cover the hole? Looks are not a consideration. Thanks for any help.

I have my complete front bumper set-up for sale if you are interested. Not sure where you're located... shipping would be a bitch..

You don't have to cover it, most trucks that didn't have a fog light option didn't have it covered anyways. It will actually help cool down the engine better without it covered.

Yeah dont worry about the opening, and if your not worried about looks you might be able to pull the bumper back out.
