Hey boys was just wondering if anyone has run into this "problem"? The O/D switch on the dash is being tempermental, and wants to go out every once in a while. When i disenguage the OD, the orange light appears and everything works fine, but the greeen OD is out most of the time. When I slam the ashtray in, it sometimes comes back on. Sounds like a short of some kind, so how do I go about locating the culprit? Other than that, she's running like a champ. Thanks, Murren

 

Start at the bulb in the gauge cluster and work your way back up the wires until you find the loose/intermittent connection.
