Unhappy 94 ram b250 no start

Hey every body could use some help. Have a 94 b250 318 that won't start. I am not getting 12v at the asd relay and the starter is not turning over. When I was first having problems thought it was the fuel pump so I changed it then change wires and plugs, asd relay, pcm, ignition switch, alternator, battery. Finally wired the f/ pump to the battery thur a toggle switch and in line fuse. Ran that way for a coulpe months but when it got colder outside the asd relay would not come in. If I left the key in run postion the asd would toggle it's way back on, the colder the day was the longer it took to come on. Now it won't turn over and no asd .I can get the van started by jumping 12 volts to the asd relay (30 or 87 pin)and then jumping out the starter plug (till she start's then remove starter jumper). Then she purrs like a kitten but if I reconnect the the starter plug while she is running she turns cuts off in a instant that tells me a short somewhere. Key dance only give 12 code. Where do a start looking for shorts? I have not replaced any sensors yet.

PCM controls all grounds for those relays.
Also look for loose female connections in the PDC that the relays plug into.
After replacing my fuel pump when it went out I had issues with intermittent
stalls and no starts. One morning it wouldn’t start, just cranked over,
after pulling relay out I noticed that one of the female connectors looked like it had spread open.
I closeded it up and haven’t had problem since.
Good Luck.

The pcm control the asd by providing ground connection. But I shold have 12v atbpin 30 and 87 when the key is in run postion right ? I am not getting that where does the asd get its 12v from?

Just for the hell of it, remove the covers off the steering column and check the wires that run along it.
