I prepped and painted the entire under body of my truck last fall. I took and angle grinder to the rust spots and sanded the factory paint lightly. Then I followed POR 15's 3 step process and applied the paint with a brush. What ever you do don't let the paint dry on you or anything you don't want paint on. Nothing will take POR 15 off unless its an angle grinder or something.

Where is the rust at on the vehicle and how bad is it?

The POR 15 is supposed to be some good stuff but I haven't tried it though.

I haven't ordered anything from them yet, but was thinking of doing so since I need cab corners and rockers. My cousin is a welder and has his own equipment so he'd be my cheap welding job.
