So i either wanna get a leveling kit, or a 2 inch lift kit.

What are the better brands? And where can i get them the cheapest?

well it's not exactly what you said but I got a 3" lift on mine. 3" front 1.5" back so it's almost level. Got it at topguncustomz. All together the kit included new front shocks, I added rear shocks and a steering stabilizer it was all $270 delivered.
