Default spark plug help

i have a 99 sport with a 5.2 and i can only get one spark plug out the other 7 wont budge and ive tried blowing the crud from the heat shields and nothing. about 40,000 miles ago i had firestone do a turn up and i wonder if they cross threaded them in there or something. ive had 2 mechanics try and change em and nothing either. one said hed have to pull the heads and freeze em out or something but thats to expensive for my wallet. so i was wondering if this ever happened to anyone before. any advice would help. thank you

They were installed too tight, they are suppose to be torqued like everything else, but nobody ever does it. Have you tried removing them when the motor is still hot?
