Has anyone did a serious cam swap? How big can I go without having to get a lt software program to set engine perameters? Mopar sells a 467/482 lift. Has anyone heard one of these/ seen it in action?

Contact http://www.krcperformance.com/newcontent/home.html and ask for Marty or Billy, they will have your answer. I would do a cam swap in a heartbeat if I could get it past the smog test stations here in CA.

if you swap cams, change your timing chain to a good double roller chain.
