Default Put jumper cables on wrong

I put the jumper cables on backwards about 2 weeks ago before vacation and fried up the jumper cables but didn't notice any smoke or popping. So today I got home from vacation and replaced the battery and now my radio, gauges, obd2 port, and overhead dome Light do not work. Everything else seemed to work and the truck ran fine but I didn't move it because the obd2 port didn't work and that made me nervous because that's the brains of the truck. I checked all of the fuses and only found the ac clutch fan fuse and cluster gauge fuse (I think it's called) were blown. I can't replace it until the morning because of the auto stores being closed. I am mainly wondering if there are any other fuses that would cause these not to run other than the inside fuse box and under the hood one. I only checked the ones with the holes in the back, not the box ones. Also the acc/cigarette lighter works and I'm nervous that I'm going to have to replace my radio/computer. Thanks for any help

IOD fuse in the panel by the door. It's the one with the special plastic clip on it.

+1 on the IOD, use the schematic on the back purge fuse panel to locate it.

Obd port is not the brains of your truck, it's just the means to communicate with the computer.
