Default Front End Clunk.....think i found it!

Okay, i got under the truck today. I inspected the track bar. it looks fine. still has grease. Had someone move the steering wheel back and forth, had very minimal movement. I found a heat shield that was all rusted out and hanging, so i pulled that off. still i have this clunk.

Found this tie rod end and i wiggled it.....heard this noise...its a new tie rod end though that was replaced 2monthes ago.

Here is the video i uploaded to YouTube off my phone. Tell me if you think its bad and maybe the problem?

thanks

Looks like the problem, almost looks like the rubber boot is blown out?

my dads buddy works for ford and does side work also. he installed those for me, the tie rod end, in the video and the long bar that its connected to? i think its the connecting tie rod. but anyway he said its normal to have a little play in it. but i'm kind of doubting it now. i just don't want to replace it until i know its that for sure. i will do it myself this time though.

To be able twist it a little is normal but that clunk is not!
