Default fuel sync help

Ok so i did the plenum repair and swapped motors old 318 block was cracked anyways i pulled the dizzy and swapped them and i cant get the truck running. From what I have found in my searching is that i basically F'd the fuel sync. I have spark on all pluterall are gapped and it doesn't even sputter with starting fluid. I checked all the grounds and wires and everything looks good. Is there a way to get the fuel sync close enough to start and drive it to a shop so they can adjust it? I was told by a buddy that the fuel sync will auto adjust in time is this true? Guys please help the truck has been down for 7 months and I really miss her please let me know what I need to check

The answer is here on the forum, it's too complex to type in a few words and I'm not rewriting the whole thing.

Use the advanced search function here, type "fuel sync" into the search box, AND my screen name into the provided box, and you'll come across it.
