Default volant 16059/ throttle body years/ styles

I bought a volant 16059, it stated on summit racing that it would work for a 2002 ram 1500, I have a 2002 motor in my 1999 dodge ram. and i think that the Oem throttle body is from a 99 , but after a few hours of wanting to kill someone, Im thinking that the throttle body could be different on the 2002 motor. Could some one point me to the proper throttle body. The reason im asking is the mounting mold that would go over the body dosent seem like it wants to mount {to small}.

Just for input. Ive never had problem mounting my Spectre CAI on mine, however just recently i took it off and it was being a PITA to get on. Had to get a buddy to hold is down completely straight while i cranked down the hose clamp. Just saying trying again with some help may be your fix was mine. But if you have a digital caliper i would mic the ID of CAI and OD of TB and see if your just F'd from the get go.

You have a 360 V8, right?
You MAY (not pointing fingers here), have inadverantly ordered one for a 3.7 or 4.7 V8.
Those TBs are totally different.

Alright.
The "Magnum" name was used interchangably for a few years after the 4.7 was intro'd to the Ram.

Can you get us any pics? REAL, "mounted" on the truck pics?
