Hi, guys test drove a a six speed 2002 cummins yesterday and when I started it up in was revving up and down. The guy said it did it ever since he wrecked it (has a salvaged title but fixed body damage) and think it's a short. Any ideas easy fix? Also he said it keeps blowing fuses for the power seats and cab lights.??? It has 142,000 on it should I be worried about stock injection pump and lift pump? Thanks guys!!

 

Before you worry about any of that, call your insurance company, a lot of them will not insure anything with a salvage title. Also usually for a salvage title it means the truck was totaled. I would not touch that with a ten foot pole.
