Default 97 pcm to my 94 engine?

Will this swap work? What will I need to do the change? Pcm is for a 5.2 and the engine is a 5.2. is this worth it?

no. unless you do extensive rewiring, you'll need a 94-95 OBD-1.

see B&G

or mopar performance pcm

I highly recommend a Mopar PCM, you can also use a 94-95 5.9 Mopar PCM as well on the 5.2, I'm one of a several people who have done it with great results. If you actually need custom tuning, I recommend Megasquirt, taking over fueling is very simple and very cost effective, ignition is a bit more involved.

This route would be simpler then haha. So a 95 performance pcm will work on my 94?
