o2 sensor brand
+1.
I've had bad luck with Bosch and Standard brand units. They were the easiest to find in my area, hence why I tried them. Both proved to cause problems (sensor DTC out of the box, brand new). I've heard some have problems, others don't. Seem to be hit or miss, so I don't recommend those two brands.
Denso units are OE on some Chrysler products, and NTK (NGK) on other Chrysler products. I've had good luck with both myself (running NTK on the Ram, Denso on the Durango).
