First time to post just had new long block installed (5.9). it will not get up tp speed have to kick it to passing gear to git up to speed, and i have to stay in it prety hard to keep it at 65 or 70 realy sucks. it was runnig better before i had the new engine put in. had the work done by a local guy. any ideas.

 

Welcome to Dodge Forum. I dont have any idea what could cause a new engine to be worse than the old one, but my word of advice would be to take it to him and say "FIX IT!"
