Default Cyl 5 misfiring

Hey guys i'm getting an intermittent misfire on cyl 5. when i was out playing with my new pc scan tool i was getting it constantly at idle, but otherwise i'll just get random cel at times going down the highway. Just recently dig plugs, wires and cap and roter. Was planning on checking the plug just to be sure, but otherwise short of just throwing parts at my truck, is there a definitive way to find the problem?

It's your plug wire routing. #5 and #7 misrouted will misfire on the driver's side bank. Check the DIY section for proper plug wire routing.
