Bringing up an old thread... did you get this working stewie? I have the same problem in my truck... and my CC line is busted, I just got a new line for that today, have yet to install it, letting the truck cool down...

 

Any vacuum leak in the lines will effect the blend door and how the air is routed. These plastic lines get very brittle over time!
