Default Heater Changing Positions Automatically

Like the title says. My heater/Ac will change positions from vents to defrost on it's own. I have no idea what could be doing this? If someone can help me i would appreciate it! thanks.

If it's doing it when you get on and off of the throttle then you've got a vacuum leak.

When you get in the truck, do your eyes turn yellow, your head spins around and then you puke all over the place? If so you may need a preist to get this fixed. You can try Autozone too.
