original battery from 2000?

Question original battery from 2000?
my ram 1500 sport 5.9 4x4 has a mopar battery in it.To me it looks like the
original battery and no place around here near me sells these batterys and I bought the truck from the original owner.Did dodge use mopar batterys in theres trucks back in 2000?if so I cant understand how this battery is still good after 11 years.I may be wrong but wondering what batterys dodge used on the new trucks back then does anyone have a clue?thanks

No, Chrysler/Dodge only used Motorcraft or AC Delco batteries.

I'm not that surprised, my '02 Grand Cherokee still has the original battery as does my '04 Ram and I run winches on both and have more than a few electric accessories...

Just because it is a Mopar battery doesnt mean it is the same one that it left the factory with...

no place around here near me sells these batterys
