i started noticing that my truck has a really hard time starting in the morning. it takes about 5 sec of cranking before itll start. if i shut it off and wait about 10 min and try to start it while the engine is still warm, it starts just fine. any ideas?

 

Fuel pressure regulator on top of the fuel pump is most likely bad.

ill look into that. and speaking of preasure my oil preasure guage stopped working. i asked a guy and he said that u probly gotta leak. but theres no oil spots in my garage. could it be just a bad guage?

 

Replace the sending unit. And who's this "guy " you asked? LOL

 

some dude my neighbor knows thats a "hobbie technician". i figured he was full of BS considering his fancy title.
