Ordered new billiet plenum gasket tues 7-19-05 from APS.2 day shipping should have it today 7-21-05..just a heads up to people who don't know..They now offer a deluxe kit that has everything you need..intake manifold gaskets new bolts etc..cost me $154 delivered to my door...I also picked up some 3923's platnuim plugs from napa and a 180 thermastat..new preston anti freeze which they claim only needs to be changed every 5 years or 150,000 miles..is capatible with any other brand..(can be mixed) in case of a emergancy like a coolant leak....ok later..BILL

 

Cool, so it sounds like you've already verified a leaky plenum then...?

Swap out the bypass hose on the intake to the water pump while your in there...

I did get the new hose and clamps from intake to waterpump yesterday from Napa...also TB to intake gasket and of coarse TState gasket...napa brake cleen 4 cans to clean everything up once apart...(The right stuff gasket seal)if needed..just in case..recommended buy a mopar performance speed down here..Southeast Performance...last time I needed to do any Gasket work on my vehicles was many years ago..when we used rtv silicon...I'm real old school...Just need to learn new and better wayes to do things with today's vehicles ...I do need to go to dodge to get new fuel injecter O-rings Today...and I'd like to find a local Amsoil dealer so I can change everthing over..Trans,rear axle,front axle,crankcase,Diff...Figure while I'm working on it ..I want to go through the whole thing..I do that whenever I buy a vehicle so I know were I'm at from there...I'll try to get some picks don't have any yet...Looks like yours..minus the power you have with those mods..ok later..BILL
