Default Brake Issues

I was driving my truck to work yesterday and I went to stop and my pedal went to the floor. I pulled over and saw a nice big puddle of brake fluid on the ground. I had it towed back to my house so I could figure out which Line it was. I replaced the line from the front to the back and replaced the rear brakehose while I was at it. I bled the system and the brakes are now working better than normal but the abs light and the brake light are still on for some reason. When I unplugged the rear abs wire would that cause the light to stay on? Do I need to hook up an obd1 scan tool and clear the codes since its a 95? Any help would be appreciated.
thanks
-Dave

I'm not sure why lights would come on just because you had the abs wires unplugged....unless you had it running while you had them unplugged. Does the truck have 4 wheel ABS or just RWAL?

To clear the codes, you can just disconnect the battery for an hour...if you don't have access to a code clearing device.
