It all depends on what you're doing with your truck. You have to give us more that that^^ so we can help you.

IMO a lift kit is way more useful and aesthetically pleasing. Plus (I don't know this for a fact since I haven't done an exhaust yet) the power gains from exhaust midifications aren't that extreme until you start spending big bucks. But a quality lift will be big bucks too, do you want an off road truck or city driver?

If money was a deciding factor (and it usually is) I would start with some basics that will either enhance performance and/or operation such as plenum, checing for worn suspension and steering parts, plugs and wires. Then if all is good, look at lift, exhaust or other things. A good lift is not much value if plenum blows and pulgs cat.

+1 depending on what and how you use the truck.

Ya I agree with the above statement, because that's how I'm doing it myself. Fix the annoying things first then dive into cool things like that lol

This x 100.

Also,
Check your brake line next to the gas tank to see if it's rusty.

Read the sticky Plenum Thread. All Magnum engines are equipped with this particular flaw which can do a number to your cat, your cylinder heads, and your gas mileage.

i was not really worryed about money cause i figured i wanted nice and good reliable parts. thats why i was ether choosing lift or exhaust but im choosing lift but i want a good lift but not to high not to worry about the tran and what ever else could be affected.
