you need to get an inch pound torque wrench. the lowest I've found was 10 ft lbs so I ended up with 3 wrenches, 10-100, 25-200? and the inch pound wrench. I got mine from Home Depot.

Thanks Steve...I never even thought of Home depot for auto stuff...I just got back from Tampa,Fl...Harbor Freight Tools they had one 0-80 FT.plus a tap and die set and misc other stuff...going back out in the garage to play...ups has the stuff I ordered 20 min up the road but told me I can't have it till monday..no pickups or delivery on weekends...Told them they can send it right back, because come monday would be too late and I'll be done with the job..coarse I'll probably loose the $53 shipping cost.for Items that weren't delivered on time..what a racket they have...Thanks again ...got to get to work...later..BILL

Unless there's a bearing involved, I never mess with inch pounds. I just tighten them snugly. OR, you can convert inch pounds to ft-lbs and use a normal ft-lb torque wrench.
