Default Low Power Building on hill

I don't know how else to describe it... I've noticed overtime that it takes longer and longer to get the truck moving when I kick it down. With the SC tune with fresh cat and exhaust, the truck would lunge when the torque converter locked up with overdrive off at 52ish. Now it feels like it bogs a touch, is slower to build the speed after the shift into OD. The same can be said if I am driving down the road and turn onto this one road that starts as a hill. Even rolling in second gear turning onto the road/hill, if I kick it down the rpms jump, but is slow to build rpms. Yes I know it is a hill, but it used to have more acceleration power than this. It will finish the rpm range like it should eventually, but slower. That said, I have noticed no low end loss in OD around 1500 rpm. Truck will free rev into upper rpm range no problem. No codes. Thoughts?

Cap/rotor/wires/plugs. When was the last tuneup?

OR!!!
AIR FILTER!?!? Do you have an oiled cloth filter (K&N, Spectre)? Because if you do, you need to take it out and clean it every 3K miles or 3 months. More if you live in a dusty area.

Seems like air filter to me. Take a look at it. Take a look at your fuel pressure. Look at your cap/rotor/wires/plugs.

cap/rotor/plugs done last summer along with the plenum. cat and muffler done the year before. I didn't think I put that K&N FIPK on that long ago... but I it has been a good while. I'll certainly give that a shot. I have a K&N pre-filter to help keep most of the dirt off.
