Unhappy driver rear window won't go up.

I have a 04 2500 quad cab. The drivers side rear window would not go up or down from the driver controls but would work with rear passenger control until this morning. It would go down but not up. Now it is almost all the way down and I can't get the window up. Don't know id this is related but sometimes if the front passenger uses their control the driver control will not operate the front passenger window.

Anyone got any thoughts?

Window down with rain on the way
