2nd Gen Dodge Ram 1500 Front Axle...
can anyone tell me if my 1997 dodge ram 1500 has a dana 44? need to replace front axel and the auto parts guy said if I have this and abs brakes I can get the parts at NAPA.

Moved ya to your own thread in the correct section. 
All 1500s from 1994-2001 had a Dana 44 front axle, and all had rear ABS brakes. A very select few, almost none, came with front ABS as well.
