I got some weird advice about my transmission

Yup, I am well aware of that. I just wanted to see what he would quote me for the adjustment, and go from there on the coupon.

I usually try to do what is accessible first - but if that does not correct it, then you are correct - drain and pull pan and adjust rear band.

Josh, go to the faq/diy section and download the manual. It ahs good troubleshooting in the trans section. It can lead you to which band may need adjusting and how to do it.
Already have the manual downloaded. Like I stated above, I know it is a recommended service, and wanted to see what he would quote me for the adjustment.
